Working on the Lag!
We know the lag has been kind of a monster today, and we are working on it! We are doing some server restarts right now, so hopefully you should notice a big improvement shortly. We are also working on automating this process, so that eventually, when we have a large volume of traffic onsite at one time, the servers will be able to distribute the load appropriately, even if one of our programmers isn\'t online to do it manually. Oh lord, its horrible. Theres only 540 people online and so many errors, disconnections from SB servers..cannot do anything. I dont think this is a server overload issue since the amount of people is so low, and it keeps falling. Oi!

Seems worse for me :( went from 1 in 5 pages giving me unable to connect errors to 3 in 5. Just trying to do a quest I got lagouts thrice trying to start it, two more times looking up one item, another three times with the other (two while attempting to buy it which seems to have withdrawn my sp but did not give me money) and finally another two trying to turn it in. I almost failed it trying to do it.. was about 20mins of clicking, refreshing refreshing, going back refreshing refreshing... reclicking refreshing. :<

I've only just joined and everything but this lag has been amazing. I can't wait until it's fixed so I can enjoy the website to it's fullest.
I noticed it right after the Cash Shop sale so I thought it was because everyone was swarming over there xD I'm glad it's getting better! I can notice already!
I thought it was just my internet :x Seems a few sites are having lag issues today.

Thank you thank you thank you for keeping us in the loop. The utter frustration goes away for me when there's communication like this and it's just left with a feeling of "boooo, lag - oh well".

I'll be hanging... Wish I was able to get some CSC's right now, but this weekend's my vacation, so I won't be back til Sunday, when it'll be over.
