Yes! I've been keeping my eye on this pet for a while now and I'm so freaking happy that he won!

Pets need to be nominated to enter review. The nomination link is located on the pet profile under the owner's username. You cannot nominate your own pet(s) and you cannot ask another user to do so. After a pet has been nominated, staff will sort through the nominated pets using the following criteria:
Review can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few days. You will not be notified when your pet is either accepted or rejected. Rejected pets cannot be nominated again within seven (7) days. Accepted pets will enter the winner's queue where a winner is selected at random every night. Winning pets will receive a celebratory news post and a cool trophy for their profile!
I'm pretty sure is says right there "Well-thought-out story". It was never mentioned that the admins perhaps have a bias and look PASSED their own criteria.

very true on the story part, a lot of people have asked me when i was going to write one but i felt he didn't need one.
it's not a MANDATORY req as i looked through all of the pets that have won thus far and a handful of them didn't have a story.

This is an adorable pet, and a brilliant TC/art/profile/name combo, but..
I'm kind of disappointed that there's no story at all to go along with it. There's a TON of potential for one, plus one of the spotlight requirements is a "Well-thought-out story". :c
