The Book makes me think of 'Ghost' (w/ PS) or Evil Dead. X3 I'm probably way off but both are old enough.

I love ya'll, you know I do right Amber, but ..... every so often I see something. Something maybe a little unusual or perhaps somewhat dark or a tad creepy (and this comes from me and I think to myself, 'self, you should probably go grab one of your teddy bears and hide in the corner from the scary Subetan Team people before they swallow your soul or something'. I'm lucky this month since I don't really like most of these, only see 2 I'd be interested in. Good, won't have to spend as much. Appropriate stuff for this time of year though.

Ahahaa this is my favourite set all year. The collections this year have been beautiful, but just not really what I want, but this collection is just awesome. Thanks again artists for creating such a brilliant set.

That's probably because all the tribute wearables here are from MALE characters, except for the scary ass The Ring wig, which is gorgeous. Men play Subeta too, they deserve something to wear as well and make their HAs look hot. I'll just chalk this'n up to overload of gorgeous wearables that you couldn't handle. :>
This collection is really neat :) I'm not a fan of horror, so I'll only be picking up the wigs and maybe the background this month. But I really love the theme!
I love the reference to The Shining, but what I really crave is that gremlin plushie. Its so cute you don't even know how much I love those things-
I may not be a guy, but as a girl on Subeta who only makes male HAs, this collection is wonderful. It's a break from the nearly all blatantly female centered items and collections. As stated before, these aren't gender specific AT ALL unless we're talking ridiculously outdated stereotypes here.
I need that book for a TC. It fits right into my OC world. I also love those birds. I'm sad that I can't figure a use for them besides sitting in my hoard collection.

and yes I agree that guys are left out more, especially those of us who like kinda-femme things but not like REALLY blatantly girly things. :P
Uh... I know a lot of girls who like creepy things even more than I do. I don't see how this set is gender specific. It just doesn't have anything feminine or bright or pretty, which not all girls want. I'm a guy who prefers prettier things on Subeta too, so there's nothing for me here either. It isn't a gender thing unless we're just being really stereotypical.

Almost EVERY set is primarily feminine items. As a girl who HATES horror movies, I still LOVE this set.
I understood almost every reference in it, and the items are lovely (in terms of art of course). I'm anxious to see people using them, and I'm glad there was a bit of variety in the sets.
Girls get like, 80% of the wearables. While I love my wardrobe as much as the next person, it's nice to see more masculine items getting some love.
