The Library is the weekend quest! Do those quests for increased prizes and special rewards!

I don't feel like the Library quests are worth it, as he keeps asking for expensive books and only gives you 1-2k in return. The items he gives with it can be worth selling though.....but he just asks for too much. I'll go sell what I got as a prize from him though, I have made good sP off of those in the past.

I'm retracting my last statement. This is actually REALLY worth it, unlike quentin's quests. He gives a real good variety of items!

I just wanted to say I am not putting down Subeta at all. It is the number one place I spend my time at online (and I don't want that to change!), so I am just really concerned.

Oh and my last sentence is in regards to changing all the quests to this way. I always liked how we earn sp on subeta compared to Neo...but you can't really make much here in the way of games. Don't know what Keith is going for but I am afraid it will be harder and more time consuming to earn so little.

Well, I gave it a try today...and overall not happy with it. That is nice that some people got some good stuff...but I really didn't. And I hated seeing my sp go down as I did them. (So what is special about these quests again?) Hoping I can make it back what I lost after selling the stuff I got...but it isn't much. I won't be doing these again.

It just isn't fair to those of us who have to earn our sp...not everyone can buy csc to sell. :(

Got not much in return for the quests done..basically a waste of time though I am reading some got nice prizes. My only question is with less SP given as the site seems to be going for.. does that mean it will be harder to sell in the shops? If so, giving out "nice prizes" won't do much good for those wanting to sell.

Well hmm. I didn't get anything rare or unique or anything over 50K to sell, but I know these are kind of randomised so I'm going to keep trying. :>

I've only been doing the quests that ask for books worth no more than 20-30k as a whole and have come away with a lot of nice items, including a retired book that's 9mil on the shop search. ^-^ I'll definitely be doing them again tomorrow, there are a lot of cute books out there that I want, maybe I'll get one of them. *Fingers crossed*

I got a retired book as one of my prizes. So far I think they are ok. Some of the prizes are mediocre to say the least, and the sP prize is not worth mentioning, but if you do more than one or two of the quests, like maybe 10 or so, there is an array of prizes.
I am switching between other quests, but it is a strong possibility that I will be doing more of the quests this weekend and today.

Not entirely sure where the increased prices are... :( I have done 3 quests and not gotten more than 1k and a couple sP and 2 crappy items each... from my point of view not worth doing...

The only game worth playing daily is jewels, and only then it's only around 200k. Have the other games recently gotten an increase? When we ran a gaming event in July for KS it was the only worthwhile game to play for sP.

PoeticEnigma - That's untrue. You can still make sP daily from Sagg, and that will continue going forward. The games now give out more sP as well (especially the newer ones) that you can make a good amount daily from them.

We are just tightening the places that you make sP from.

IMHO not at all worth doing unless you have extra time to spare.
Ended up quitting half the quests, due to graveyard books or other expensive books being asked. Got two retired books, one from the vesnali shop so it's pretty worthless and one I actually needed which was nice. But over all, I won't make time in my day to do these. I really hate that soon the only way you'll have to make sP is to be an artist or buy CSC to resell :-/

Keith - they weren't my goal when I tested today but minus in sP and items that are so cheap that they don't weigh out the sP loss at all aren't what I'm looking for either.

How am I supposed to get sP to buy these items for the quests if I only get items in return I can hardly sell for the price I paid for the items necesary?

I'm actually liking all the rare items I'm getting! Getting my money back in terms of items instead op sp isn't all that bad.

Edge - If sP is your goal, you're going to have very few quests to do shortly.

300k sP loss and an inventory full of cheap items. I was excited when I saw Library as the weekend special quest but for me it was a big disappointment that the one retired book I got can't fix either. Sorry but I won't do those quests ever again, not worth my time. ^^;

I love the chance for retired books. Broke about even on the sp but got some really nice retired books and items that definitely made up for it.

Sorry guys, Alexanders revamp was just pushed two days ago, and the switch for weekend quests wasn't switched to his new identifier. It's been fixed, and his weekend quests are up :).

It doesn't look to have been activated yet. Hold off doing quests till that weekend quest message appears on the quest page.

If there is no additional 3rd item as a reward and no sP as a reward ... how have the prizes increased? Could you pretty PLEASE require only 1 book every quest this weekend or add sP/3rd item as a reward? Thanks a bunch.

These new quests are better than the old one, and are worth doing, mostly. However, he doesn't seem to be giving out anything better than yesterday, so this is broken I think.

Agreeing with the sentiment of if there's no sP for completion it's not worth the time. Also, seems not to be working. Hope it's fixed soon, if there is sP as the weekend special quest then maybe it'll be worth it.

I want to get SP for completion, otherwise it's not worth my time TBH. At least wit hthe others you felt like you were breaking even or winning because of the SP gain.

Actually I think Keith said that when the Library quests were revamped that during their weekend quests they will be giving out sP in addition to the possibility of receiving retired books as a prize :)

I knew this would be the SWQ because of the recent change to this quest. Not thrilled that we don't get any sP for doing these quests anymore.
