Cash Shop Refund Policy
Hi everyone! We've recently had a change in our refund policy in the cash shop. Previously, if you purchased an item and the next day it went on sale, or the price was lowered, you were out of luck.
Starting now, if you make a purchase from the cash shop (or a username change, pet slot increase, etc) and the price changes in the next 10 days you can make a tickets and have the price difference given to you in cash shop credits!
