I don't think it's the pose. i think it's that the eyes don't look "fake". You know...like buttons or something. The pose is fine, even if it is like the real thing. What really makes a plushie is the stitching, stray strings, stuffing, and button (or glossy glass) eyes. This is like...living plushie.

The anxe plushie looks so much like the real thing though that it confused me. It's not quite plushie enough. The other two however are awesome. The moof plushie is adorable. <img src=/images/smilies/6398_emoticon_grin.gif border=0>
