Tempest Lighting Rods
Anyone who completed as far as setting the trap for Tempest in the Vesnali event but was not awarded a Tempest Lightning Rod before has been given one! :)

Wow. I'm kinda shocked. The news said to finish the plot that night, but didn't actually give us the rest of the night to do so. I thought I was just screwed. :o Thank you guys! I really appreciate it!

Thank you, because I was very confused before that I didn't get one, until I did some research and found out I missed a step even though I am onsite multiple times a day :P
