The first of the new daily treats for VIP members has arrived in the VIP Lounge, what a bargain!
There have also been some achievements for the event added, including two for visiting the VIP Lounge daily. Hardcore VIPs can earn an awesome autographed book for visiting the lounge every day! If you can only handle a few days of the festivities, there\'s still an achievement in it for you!

sometimes you can find a decent priced item in the wishes section....but you have to be fast!~ had to refresh a lot till I found an item I could afford :(
and many many thanks to the person who fullfilled my wish Q_Q I am so happy~ Had this item like forever in my wishlist ^-^v
I hope, that tomorrow the items won't be that expensive anymore! The poor should be able to participate in it too, it's meant to be fun and nobody should be this greedy~ :(

Oh No! You're not a Peka-Boo VIP!
But i do have a Peka-Boo VIP Lanyard... what could be the problem?

For those unhappy about the wishing bush the only way to fix it is for everyone to not grant expensive wishes. They go away at midnight if people want to get a wish granted they will wish for less expensive items if no one is willing to grant them.

In order to get the 'visit the VIP Lounge everyday' achievement, do we have to BUY something every day, or just physically have the page open each day?

I keep checking back to grant a wish...but I'm starting to lose hope that there will be anything I can afford...
I was thinking 2 or 3 million at the MOST. But a few million isn't enough to grant the wishes I've seen so far, so I guess I wont.
It's supposed to be fun, not make somebody rich...

To all the people who have really expensive wish stuff in the shrub get real.
People are not generous during Melody let alone for a wish list shrub. Think about it ;)

Oh my god, that wishing shrub. I'm willing to spend up to 2mil but even THAT is too modest for most people apparently. What a clusterfuck.

My problem with the whole wishing thing is that even 100K is expensive for some people, such as myself. I'm never going to be able to get the achievements with the amount of greed people have. I wished for an item that cost under 1K last night. I did try granting a wish for an item that was 1m, but it was already granted by the time I had clicked on it. I had already bought the item. Thankfully it was something I had on my wishlist so I just kept it. I really hope that when day 2 starts, the wishes are a bit more realistic, but I highly doubt it. I agree with those that have said if your wish isn't granted within a certain amount of time, even if it's 6 hours, it should be removed. I just saw a request for "The Ether" Really??? Ugh!

@Kally yup, that's pretty unfair to me... I had to grant a wish and I asked for a reasonable item because I know that otherwise I would actually lose sP.
But those who didn't need to grant a wish don't have this thoughts.
So, for me, the fake wishes are the best way.
Also, it would take some items out of the market, so it can help the economy a little bit
(could work like the Recycle Beast of SubQ, for example)

@Kally but lots of peoples can wish free. I had to grant someone's wish before I could wish.
I think the staff could put like... 25~30 fake wishes around 1~2mil everyday to start triggering the wishes.
Only if people had to spend money, they'll care about wishing less to be grated.
Can you see my point? Free wishes = 50mil + items
If you have to put sP on granting a wish first, you'll be less greedy (or you'll lost your 1~2mil invested on granting a wish)

I granted a wish for restockable SubQ related and made a similar wish and was granted within five minutes :)
RIDE THE SUBQ TRADE TRAIN EVERYONE IT'S THE KEY TO VICTORY

I granted an approx. 4mill wish (cheapest one I came across so far) so I went through my wishlist and then asked for an item around 4mill in return and it was granted. So it worked out for me today. I still wish people weren't being so ambitious with their items, they're just wasting their daily wish. shrugs

I would happily and gladly grant a wish for someone...if it was a reasonable wish. Some of you, yeesh.
I wished for a Subeautique Invitation and was granted it almost immediately. Wish small y'all, wish small.

@Ferinsy I know what you mean. I'm having some serious doubts about it as well, especially because if I do purchase a 10mil item (which is the cheapest right now), I'll feel obligated to wish for an expensive item to, to compensate what I spent. I just hope the handful of rich users who can grant wishes now will think about others before they make their own wishes.

Finally was able to grant a wish that wasn't insanely expensive. I asked for a Subeautique Invitation, and got it within 1 minute, lol. Thanks for the fast wish granting, whoever you are! :D

Does anyone know if you can get free food items from the food trucks everyday or is it only the once that you get them

@Confection I first thought that was like a Wishing Well, where 1 or 2 wishes would be granted per day by the staff... So I was wondering about asking a Thunderball, my most-wanted item, but then I read and saw that actually users were supposed to grat. Then I luckily granted a 1m wish and I made a wish for a RSable SubQ item xD

When I heard about the wishing shrub I thought debating internally over putting up a 1-2mil item was pushing it - now that I actually SEE it wow. Okay.

I'm itching myself to grant some wishes I have in my vault/wardrobe, but I'm wondering: if someone sees the horrible scene on the Shrub and still asks for (almost) unbuyable items, does he/she is just asking for selling or is actually a person who really wants that?
Now, I am super sad that in a moment of newbieness...I got the wrong ticket XD
Ah, oh well. I should probably get used to that anyway.

Dr.PoisonIvy and Hollykins, I can see your avatars both wearing the regular ticket, not the VIP ticket!
Okay, it STILL says I am not VIP?
Is there any help I can get with this. The VIP ticket has been on my HA for over 11 hours?

Ahhh I got lucky and only had to spend 2.5m on a wish OTL can we grant multiple wishes in the same day? Wanted to find out before spending more money haha.
PEOPLE QUIT ASKING FOR IMPOSSIBLE THINGS. Nobody's gonna spend 40m on you! Sorry :P

I hope the wishing bush fixes up the system..like how did the items get in there if you needed to grant a wish before making one

I'd like to say that the greed of others stuns me, but it doesn't.
They should have made it so you could only ask for restockable items at the wishing bush.

Honestly, I think we're up to the point where, with a next news update regarding the festival, you can include some tips on how to work the wishing shrub... Aka, make people understand it's others that are buying the items, not subeta itself, so to make your wishes reasonable.

Oatmeal the goat is a fabulous form of stress release, I didn't realize just how many worries I hold onto.
Jeeze, you guys don't wish for much, do you?
I'm not going to buy you a 34,000,000sP item!

I wish staff would do something about all those expensive items in there there is no way people can afford those items just to get an achievement.

I granded someones wish that is not even in the usershops... but I cant find my WL item on the page...I only see the most expencive stuff you can think of. Where is my WL item?

Soooo, if we have to GRANT a wish first in order to make one, how did the first ones get in there? I have to say that the wishing bush is my very least favorite thing so far. I would love to grant some of these, but I don't have that kind of sP laying around. :(
