Poor Tempest...Storm Endeavor and Torrent!
Tempest is terribly forlorn that Vesnali is ending tonight (at 11:59PM!) She's had such a good time this year getting belly rubs from Emma (who she is now equally fond of as me) and "helping" me out by rolling in flowers, that she doesn't want it to end! Her tears have set off another mini storm which seems to have affected the endeavor and torrent!
Tempest is going to require a lot more hugs this year, I think. I've found that she tends to be particularly sad on a Monday for about 3 hours - if you spot rain over Subeta on a Monday, there's a much higher chance that you'll find Tempest!

Glad to see that the Blue Monday's official (obviously not happy to see Tempest sad but hopefully she'll give the potion out more often! xD)

The Torrent is adorable and the Endeavor is friggin badass and BOTH OF THESE PETS ARE GORGEOUS OMFG Q___Q Gonna get me that Endeavor. And I wish I had a piscine character so I could get the Torrent as well, because it's really, really lovely.

I'm actually not too sure about these new storm pets.... they look a bit silly/cartoony to me? I think if the Torrent had a less chubby looking face, it would be perfect. (That FIN is AWESOME.) And the Endeavor looks... soft, somehow? It doesn't look metallic anymore. I think maybe if it was given brighter highlights, or had some reflection to it for the tiny static bolts it would look more like metal and less like plush.

For me it seems to be raining everywhere on Subeta except Peka Glade and Carnival (and not on Atebus of course). Went to each place multiple times and nothing. Guess I'll miss her this week because I have other stuff to get done and can't just sit & refresh for an hour. Darn.

The rain is meant to be all over Subeta, when it starts. It still goes on for 3 hours, and this increases the chances of a Tempest event all over the site, not just in the areas with the maps that are being rained on. The rain just indicates that the increased event time has begun. So you don't have to refresh on a map page to get Tempest's event, just continue browsing as normal!
Which is way simpler, really.

@Wolf_Spirit - Sorry, it sounded like you were still talking about the image of the rain. I understand that the actual image of the rainstorm only appears over the main map for a land, and I'm totally fine with that.
I was just hoping that the chance of getting random event itself -- the one that says "Hey, the Tempest wants to play, Click here for an item." -- would be increased on all of a land's subsections. Like if you saw the rain on the Riverside map, you could do Pete's quest and still get the Tempest event.
If you have to specifically refresh riverside.php, that's really boring. :/ Who even spends more than a few seconds on a map page? It's basically just an index page, so there's no reason to hang around.

Tempest finds me from time and gives me things. I'd rub her belly if she needed it. I love Storm and Nightmare Festers, but I already have enough babies. :/

Yeah, it rains periodically in Shadowglen already. The "real" storm is much darker.
I'm curious though: when it does rain, do we have to refresh the map page, or is the tempest active in all locations in that land? (Like the crypts, Quentin's quests, etc.)

that endeavor is lovely, I seriously love the shading! And just the general character it has is great, I really like the pose even though it's not really, like, super ~fancy~ or anything. Very nice.
and this torrent... omg. Torrents can be kind of hit or miss for me, which upsets me because they're one of my favorite species (I LOVE FISHIES), but this one is absolutely lovely! I LOVE the coloring, especially on the eyes (so gorgeous!), and I love the storm cloud behind the translucent fin, and just... wow, I adore this! I'm gonna have to think hard on this baby..

I wanna start this by saying I LOVE the Endeavor in all it's beautiful colors, but there is something about this color, Glade, and Glacier that make it feel... less robotic. It's not as sharp (literally) as the other ones look. The face (beak?) adds to it cause it looks a bit more rounded than the Common Endeavor.
This is seriously only me being super nit-picky. As I said before, I LOVE ALL OF THE ENDEAVOR ARTS.

When you say "where its raining" do you mean it'll look like its raining in that location on the Subeta map or the land itself?
