Carl has gotten a hold of some of the goods from the Freyalise Trading Co. and is giving them out for completing his quests. Heâ€™ll be doing this until the end of Keel Hauliday!

Donâ€™t worry if youâ€™ve already completed Carlâ€™s quests today, because his quests have been reset. :)

wow everyone on here likes to complain a lot jeez. i've been having pretty good luck with the quest givers... idk if its like a placebo or whatever but i always kiss the statue in centropolis before questing XD also, i've been getting freyalise items from carl, pete and alexander so idk try that peoples. i've seen a lot of people saying they don't see anything in the freyalise shop as well... you know you have to basically sit on that shop and refresh around the time that the minute goes up another mark, right? but you barely have time to look before clicking to buy lol

Sigh. The few items I got were all retired and cheap and I can't even frag them.
No restocking new stuff and nothing new from carl. yeah fun times.

Only got two items this time (the bandanna and the Erith Plushie), but knowing he'll be doing this until the end of Keelhaul gives me hope that he'll give me a few items for Vyse's TC. :D

This finally convinced me to buy all the Omen Island map pieces.
The first prize I got was this

I caught him sleeping and he didn't give me a Freyalise item. I guess this comes to show that even if you catch him sleeping, you are not guaranteed one.

It'll say in the description that you've
caught him sleeping when you bring him items.
You will not know beforehand.

Thanks @Quo! Does he sleep at specific times? And can you tell before you start the quest if he's sleeping? I've only done his quests a few of times, so I had no idea he falls asleep ^^;
