Trees!
Good news, everyone! The Luminaire Trees have opened and you are now able to retrieve your gifts.
If you've been keeping up with our updates, you'll know we hit a few snags along the way, but we're pleased to say that everything has been restored, including the names of the users who gave the recovered gifts.
If you received stocking events and gifts and still have not deleted all of the items from the 25th, please make sure to delete any duplicates that you receive! If you're unsure about what items you received that you might have used originally, and have not already filed a ticket, please do so now and we'll help you sort it out.

Thank you for all your hard work, it must have been a nightmare to sort out. Ive not even opened my tree yet, but just want to say thank for the gifts.
So you allow us to open trees but reduce our inventories back to 100-250 again? "Makes sense." e_e
I wasn't able to be around much over luminaire and only caught the end of the issues you guys were having, but wanted to say thank you for working so hard over the holiday period. Great result! The Melody items are gorgeous and sweeten the fact that I missed out on so much over the past month or so... <3

Great job getting this all fixed. I was so excited to finally see my gifts :) Thank you all who gave me gifts and thank you subeta team for all of your hard work getting this sorted out. This was my first Lumi and it was so much fun! I hope everyone here had a great Lumi :D
Great job getting all this fixed. All the hard work done by grelca and the whole Subeta team during their holidays (and all year long) is much appreciated. It took great dedication to find the lost giver data. Happy for everyone that trees are out and Subeta is back to normal.
I was gone for most of the day, so this was an awesome thing to come back home to! I'm so happy to finally see what's been under my tree and I love eveeerything. Thanks for the extra gifts, too!
I got a bunch of sweaters and coats. People seem concerned about my avatar standing out in the snow with only a short sleeve shirt on!

But really, thank you so much for fixing the tree problem, even if it meant us waiting for almost two weeks. I got so lucky this year!
question: should we delete the double melody items? as in if we managed to see melody one of the days where there were site issues but she sent the gift under the trees as if we hadnt.

Is there somewhere where I can see my gifts? Collecting them worked but the server timed out on me I got 504 error instead of who had gifted me... :-(

I do want to know that if I was able to receive a couple of these prizes from Melody on the day she released them (I was able to click on the link and receive) do I need to delete them from what's under my tree? Because IK you said a couple things would be "extra" so not sure what that entails. I'll delete if I need to, just wondering?

it's funny because i was so sad about trees not opening but now looking at the gifts i got and realizing i was screwed over multiple times by people from gift threads i feel like it wasn't worth the wait lmao. good job either way, staff. the melody items are very appreciated!
Oh hooray! It's the first week of winter quarter and things have been a little bit dull. This was a wonderful way to perk up my week. I appreciate all of the hard work that was done to make this happen. Now it's my turn for a bit of work. I have quite the list of thank you's to send out. Hehe. c:
