Close to the end of Survival
Friendly reminder that Survival will be ending tonight at 11:59pm! Your virus strain will still progress after midnight, but you will no longer be able to battle Nacho Muetre and his dummies, catch or restock survival flowers, kiss your friends on the forums for candy hearts, or bite people. Skitters shop is open year round, however, so don’t worry if you haven’t bought everything yet. :) You can also buy items from L'Amour year around if you have enough candy hearts stashed away.
Time between kissing has been decreased for the remainder of the event! <3

Oh good, I should still get my virus. I bought a strain around mid day but have no idea if I got any bites before everything ended.
Awesome Survival this year. I'm so glad I caught the last bit of it before it was over. This is my favorite holiday <3
also, yes, make next year's epidemic a few days longer (ie when the shops stop selling valentine's day chocolates IRL so like 2nd week of march ;) )
Although the staff glossed over the wait times of the viruses, I did enjoy most of the holiday. I do hope that the staff take into account of what was said re wait times and reconsider it for next year. I'll try for the two old skins versus new next time.

Has the number of bites to infect someone gone up? It's been 10 the whole event, and I feel like it's much more now. Maybe I'm just losing my mind.
alright, finished my third infection after a 14 hours lasting 8th level.
Now waiting to be infected with a fourth one while i'm actually supposed to be in bed already :(

I loved the items and battling this year ! So many sweetheart colored items. Adorable pets. My double hawk sorry for constantly bugging ! A freakin' skeleton experiment that we've been begging for not actually sorry !! So many books. That glorious Doom Bloom strain. So much amazing stuff this year !
If only I had one more day, though, I'd be able to get the next Unliving strain I wanted. Just another day. Like the one we lost due to the site not infecting people or allowing us to progress.

Even though I think this years survival model needs a little tweaking I'm really glad we had it again. 2013 and 2014 were serious let downs for me since this is my favorite site holiday. Great infections and great items this year <3 <3
If I can make one suggestion, could the prizes for next year be adjusted?
The amount of hearts I need just for the wearables is pretty much impossible for me. x_x

To all the Staff, thank you so much for yet another fun event. I appreciate all the hard work that goes into something like this.

Thank you for the wonderful Survival this year, guys. I had a lot of fun collecting some strains that I missed out last year, though I don't think I'll be happy until I unlock them all, lol.
Overall this was a great Survival :) I'm still hoping to start a 4th strain before midnight if I can, but I've still managed 3 and 2 I actually like. And thanks to a lot of amazing people, I was able to get everything I wanted in the shops this year <3 <3 So ty if you gave me any Hearts at all! And also thanks to those that Bit me! And the new items in the shops were so pretty and great, so bravo to the artist(s)! Was also able to finally get my Flower Crown too! So thanks for a great Survival and looking forward to next year!

Glad I got the disease I wanted early and got what I wanted from the Candy Hearts Shop early too. :) Might grab some candy hearts later if I want to go after things, but for now, I'm good. :)

Sorry if this has been covered already and I just didn't notice, but: If I chose to get infected, but am not by the time the event ends, what happens? Will I just automatically be infected? I've been waiting to get Lobster Face for over a day, and since it's getting close to the end I'm getting a little antsy as I don't know what will happen. ^^;

Usually candy hearts drop to 5K a pop or less in user shops, but not this year. They went up to 13K from 8K at the start of the event and now they are about 10.5K on average. The last time this happened years ago the price of them rose through the roof so they were selling for nearly 25KsP by the next year's holiday and that's pre-inflation sP.

Do you guys think we could get some new tiers for the "Leave a Flower" achievement, if not this year then maybe next year? I passed the thousand mark a loooong time ago.
Oh man, I started way too late! :( Glad I at least got to experience some of it though! :) I'm excited for the next event :D
