I think her quests were recently changed up a bit and not many people seem to have noticed yet. I used to not make as much from them, but lately I've been making about the same as what you posted. I think they were tweaked a bit when people brought up how she started asking for brainlings too much.

Still wondering why people say her quests are pointless to do. I just made 500k off of the first ten quests (For those without GAs) and a total 700k for all fifteen quests. That's just the pure, not the items I got from her which I'm not going to bother trying to price.
