User Shop Updates
More updates for the new User Shops! We're increased the limits on shops to 2,000 items for regular accounts, and 2,500 for gold accounts. Galleries have been increased to 4,000 for regular accounts and 6,000 for gold accounts. We're continuing to monitor these changes and increase the limits if possible.
We've also added the legacy shops back into the shop search, making it easier to buy items for your quests that haven't been moved over yet.

Is there somewhere I can still find the coding from my old gallery to move over to my new one?

I am really impressed by how quick these increases are happening, but I'm still disappointed that the errors are still happening just as frequent as usual.

Uh seems trying to purchase from 'old' shops are showing me errors. Like that I can't purchase anything from them. and the search of shops only seem to pull up the old shops.

Thank you ...but I now have 2,078/2,500 items in my new shop and I can't even get in to price them. I keep getting the 504 error =(

Was there really a purpose for all this work I had to do? Looks like we are almost back to square one!

Oh, THANK YOU, Team. For the increase of number of shops/galleries, as well. I have been near tears trying to figure out which collections I was going to have to ditch. Still sad to lose a couple, but not as bad as it was. I can breathe, now. Thank you.

HEY
This is awesome! Thank you! :+1:
But I don't remember exactly how many unique items I have in my Holiday gallery and I can't seem to find that information anywhere anymore. The old 'Your Shops' page is gone, legacy shops aren't on the new one, and the 'Edit Shop' page that had the info is gone from legacy shops now so I can't find it there. Thoughts?
Also, is moving items from shop to shop in the new system something you're thinking about? Like from New Shop A to New Shop B? Instead of having to move from New Shop A to inventory then quickstocking to New Shop B.
Thanks again!

Will we be able to get into our old shops to see the old sales and things? I'd really appreciate having mine from my old main gallery. I was trying to sell clear up to the very last day and then go get it but they was removed and still are not back.

This is great, but now I can but my two main new shops in one, but wish we had a one time transfer of our profits from new shops to another new shop...since all my items can move into one.

These limits are far more reasonable. Of course, more would be great, as some people would still need a lot more than that, but at least these are tolerable.
However, does this mean that legacy shops will eventually be forced over to the new shop setup? Or when will they finally be removed altogether from the shop search? Reinstating them was a good idea, since it was killing the item supply for everything, but keeping them on the shop search is not a long term solution. Just curious if you all found a way to convert old shops to the new system or not.

User not found: introvert - on the top sidebar, under "commerce", if you mouse over that and then "your shops", old galleries/shops should be there (with a ! next to the names) :) I hope this helps ^^ It took me a while to figure out how to see them, too.

how. the. fuck. do. i. view. my. old. gallery.
because the old shop links aren't working and I just want to sell my shit and peace on out for a bit but lol i can't when I can't link people to my gallery so they can SEE WHAT I HAVE FOR SALE
this is very frustrating I just want to get rid of all my stuff and make back all the money I wasted

Great news. I can work with these limits. Not sure why closed shops were reopened though since everybody had over a week to move stuff & reprice it, I did mine the 1st day. Guess some are slower than others. Nice for them they can still sell stuff from the closed shop though. Thanks.

Actually I quickstocked over than 1400 item in a shop but now I can't open it, the message is always "Error 504"...

I am now convinced that this whole escapade has been a total waste of time. The shop limits are now at a level that a majority of shops didn't achieve before, so all that has happened is that it has screwed up our years of hoarding, all the treasured items that we kept because it got us closer to the top hoarding achievement.
The new galleries are also a waste of time. They do not include the price of the item, so how am I supposed to stock my shop from the gallery with the items I wish to, if I don't know their price!
I have been discarding items just because they were 'in the way', but within a few more days there will probably be unlimited shops & galleries & we will be back where we started.... but with an inferior gallery set up !
oh ! & if you haven't caught on .... I am totally peed off with this place !

Thank you. :) I noticed problems from dropping out legacy shops, and I think as long as we can't add items people will eventually move everything over anyway. Or we'll just buy it out.

THANK YOU. 750 was so much better, but since I had 7+ years of putting everything into my shop, I have...so many more items i need to transfer. This helps!

Just transferred the rest of my old shop items to a new shop, (2400 items) and now I can't access that shop at all. It refuses to load... Anyone else having trouble with loading shops with over 1000 items?

Please do not disable legacy shops from the search! We need those old shops to keep the economy stable.
If we buy from them, the stock will gradually reduce and then we won't have anything good left to buy from them.
If we don't buy from them, they just sit there forever and don't cause any strain on the servers because nobody's visiting them.
Either way, the problem will fix itself! Not to mention that buying from inactive users' shops is a great sP sink.

Gee Team, I don't know. On my end the new shops get really laggy when there are more than 500 items in them. Is this going to get better? Another thing I noticed earlier this morning when I was questing: User shops had very little of some items. For instance, Pete asked for a tatties and neeps which has a R value of 50. There were 4 in the shops and I bought 1. There were several other items with a very low volume too but I've forgotten what they are. With user's legacy shops back in the loop maybe that will improve things. I think it's just going to take time to get this issue settled.

I'm probably one of the few who thinks putting the legacy shops back in is a bad idea. It's basically telling those who have refused to move their items that they have won and that they will continue earning regardless. A deadline should be put in place and it should be stuck to, and if these people can't move their items, then they lose the sales. Yeah, it sucks for those who are questing, including myself, but they'll just have to deal with it.

See, you guys were all freaking out for no reason. xD I knew our staff would take care of us. They always do.

Oh my gosh. Thank you for this! I can stop worrying about what I'd have to do with items if I went over the limit. I kept getting so close to 1k in my shop. I can work with 2-2.5k. I don't think I've ever hit 2k total.

Thank you so much. I didn't know how I was ever going to clear the items stashed in my Vault now as the shop ones get quickly replaced by Quest loot!

Unh, I just moved over 800 items into my new shops, lost all pricing data in the process and now have to re-price everything. Yay.
But at least I'll get to continue my 'everything will sell eventually at a set price' tactics, thanks to the new limits! Yay!

Thank goodness on the legacy shops ends. I found questing tedious as hell last night because of blank searches. Thank you guys! :)

Thanks for the legacy shop reactivation--frustrating not to be able to complete quests because something isn't in shops.

Update: No idea why it took so long to push out, but you should be able to buy from the legacy shops now.

Thank goodness. Without the filters in the vault I'm still using a gallery as storage for certain items. Thanks for the increases.

Thank you! I ended up cleaning out some items from miscellaneous galleries and I was starting to worry about the shop limit xD

I'm grateful for this step but sadly it seems not to work. I just tried to buy an item and it just redirected me to my own shops without buying anything.

I just realized I moved my shop items to my vault last night. I guess I should move some items to be sold.

*sigh* of course this happens right after I used my autopricer for today ~_~ Anyway, glad to see the limit for shops get higher, I have about 1500 items in my vault that didn't fit in my shop until now ^^

When trying to buy an item from thee SS that's in an old shop, it redirects to the "Your Shops" page.
Otherwise, great work, and thank you!

When you try and buy an item from a legacy shop it redirects you to your own shops page without actually buying the items tho.
