For perspective, the RIWoD does 24, 12, 10%, and chance to freeze for 20mil. It also takes the healer slot. The Magician does 23 avg attack, 12 avg def, and 5% heal without taking the healer slot (they can be used together).
If you fragged 500 sP items from shops would price this at around 350k (assuming no better than 1 to 1). Yeah. I'd say it's pretty damn good for a tier 6.

@Senti I fed it to my eaterpet and it shows in her Foods Eaten, and Subetalodge shows it as Food.
Wow, swear that SPM was 1,500 last time I can remember it being put in frag shop, now only 700 HPCs. Must be a more than half off sale going on.
