@StarShadow it's not closed. it restocks twice a day i believe. you really have to visit often to get something. It's NOT impossible, just more on the hard and annoying side. To give you an idea, in the past year [that's when i started stalking it] i managed to grab 19 items. there was at least one or maybe 2 items i saw but didn't get ... i didn't have any interest in them or something.
I also haven't been there daily. i caught the last one a few days back after not constantly visiting for a few weeks maybe..
don't give up! just make sure you have wiz tokens in your currencies. XD 5k to be on the safe side is a good start, i'd say. [which reminds me i forgot to do wiz quests yesterday T-T]
