I have no way to know for certain if this is true anymore since it's virtually impossible to lose-rank with the current way that the Blue Building works. It used to be that there was nothing you needed to be higher than twentieth level in order to buy. It is still true that items are listed in rank order from top to bottom. This item is very near the bottom but not the very bottom so I think it's unlikey a rank higher than twenty is needed.

@meiastar I cant see it either. But for some items in the blue building you need a specific rank to even see them. Guess we both have to rank up qwq
