Quests are still having to be manually reset. There's a post here https://subeta.net/forums.php/read/8581 where you can let someone with a magic wand know if quests haven't reset the way they should have. This also explains the multiple resets you might have noticed.
The one time i did all of their quests yesterday. I usually don’t do most these days knowing the reset situation
I also noticed that quests seem to still count from yesterday? So no midnight reset and 24 hour reset instead, or is it an error?
Great. Love it when the WE quest is one I always do anyway. Now if the quests would just reset so we could do them. They reset at midnight last night so was hopeful this was finally fixed, but not reset tonight yet.
