@PrincessJudith There was a problem with the resort a short while ago similar to what you're describing, here is the thread. If you're still experiencing problems I'd recommend either posting in that thread (to let them know the issue isn't resolved for everyone) and/or filing a ticket to have a staff member look directly into the matter.

I know this is the wrong place for this but I do not know where to post. I have my pet in the resort but I still have to feed her daily. This was never the case before this past week. Is something wrong with the resort now??
