@Castiel_Angel ever thought that they maybe wanna offer the paying customers something for their money in return before they fix stuff, we consume for free? you can preview any item via subetalodge or just log in and out like you do while other people wait for an item they payed real money for?
Also who told ya, they‘re not working on the problem? There are more than 1 or 2 members to the team. They may focus on more than one problem at once.
Last but not least unless you‘re an IT genius who can show them a real quick way to fix stuff, i guess you, just like all of us, just gotta be patient. Bugs have to be registered, their cause found and then fixed. that’s a procedure, not something done within a moment.
There‘s enough happening on this world worth a serious rant. so how about you save your energy for that stuff instead? 🤞🏼

The bug is already known about, judging by the admin posts I read. I suspect they're working on it when they have the time to do so.

Yo instead of updating subscription items you think you guys could focus a bit on fixing the item previewing bug? I have to log out and in every day just to be able to preview items and not see a broken link, and I even reported it in the bug forum two days ago and nobody even responded so stop focusing on paywall aspects of the site and fix your bugs first!

I play on an iPad and I have not been able to get a subscription center to load to even purchase a subscription in over a week 😩

My sub renews about 1 week before the new item so I always have to wait 3 weeks for it.

Subscription page still looks really bizarre with giant checkmarks that take up the whole screen. Not a good look for the page where you expect people to spend money. :c
