Upcoming Things To Be Aware Of :eyes:
:star: The New Years Shop will have new items after the New Year starts according to Subeta (EST) time! The news post for these items might come a bit after midnight, but the tokens will start going out via quests right at midnight.
:star: Ready to throw Snowballs? The Snowtapult will be opening on January 4 and be open until Spring.
:star: Monthly Collections will be released on the 3rd day each month this year instead of the 1st. The Monthly Collection posts will also include information about what Cash Shop Challengers have returned (and will retire when the collections do)!
:star: Rosemary will return with Bird Watching on January 7 and will be around until Spring. There may just be a new feathery friend or two to collect. :eyes:
All of these things will have their own individual news posts, of course! Just wanted to keep y'all in the loop.

@Galaxia it's been 19 days since Keith posted a small update about Mysterious Melody. I know he was/is sick with Covid, but there hasn't been any updates since then regarding whether or not Mysterious Melody is still going to take place or not. He said, "Fingers crossed I can get it over the finish line by tomorrow and we'll run it long past Luminaire this year." Luminaire has come and gone, New Years has come and gone and still nothing. I'm not trying to be rude or heartless as I know being sick isn't fun, but could there at least be an update regarding MM? I know of someone who left the site because of zero communication and it looked like they hadn't even been on the site that long.
Um did I miss the collecting gifts under the tree or is it coming later, because I supposedly had a whole bunch and now lumineve is gone and I think I lost them all, how do I access them after the event is over?
oh of course the moment i say that it fixes :') it was saying before that the token shop wasn't open.
oup, weird how you can't place your tokens in when the shop is closed through the currency page.
I'm so excited! I've been a member here for years and years now, but actively playing again and looking forwards to this event. :D

Pleeaaaaase for bird watching can you do some counter for showing how many birds weve found? Its super discuraging year after year not knowing how many we've already found and how close we are to finishing....

So.. I have question about the free shop and I don't know how to ask this without seeming like a greedy jerk. Usually it opens around New Years. I know we just had it a few months ago, but that was a postponement because of last winter's storms. So my question is will it be opening again soon? Or has the time table of when it opens been reset to a new time of year now? I'm just curious.

i'm happy to work on my snowball achievement, but won't this cause problems for survival again? or have things finally been fixed to keep snowballs from interfering with other hexes?
Anyway, I can't wait to see what kind of items there will be tomorrow...And I need to remind myself to get back into questing X)
Thanks for letting us know about the dates. The collections being on the 3rd of every month now is an interesting change that I'll have to get used to, but maybe it'll work better.
