They are an experiment pet, so you need to zap a pet or use an experimental dew on one until you get the correct species. Then you can buy a chibi potion from the millionaire center. n.n

You can obtain an experiment #188 by zapping a pet with The Pet Zapper 2.0. If you use its default setting, there is a chance it will "zap items unlocked in your inventory, change your pet into a strange new species (not just experiments) or destroy the minion it has attached."
If you want to JUST get experiments, you may check the box next to "Pay 400,000 sP and 15 wizard tokens for a guaranteed (but random!) experiment." The zapper will not aim at items/minions/etc when this is selected.
You may also use the Experimental Dew
Which experiment you get regardless of how you go about it is random, so best of luck!
After you have an #188, use a Chibi Potion on it.
