There is a specific amount of new foods to feed your pet to get an achievement. Check the achievements page & it will tell you how many foods you need. Also it has to be different foods. Feeding your pet 20 hot dogs only counts as 1. Good luck.

Is the achievement for feeding your pet random? I just gave mine a hotdog and got nothing.

@Rat I was actually looking at them before going the father's day route! don't be surprised if you see a lot of country based items we haven't changed (like french??? american?????) this summer!
