@Pandaslowpoke Additionally, in terms of actual differences as far as items on the site go, I believe the regular blubs are all a food and a minion, and the "primo blubbos" are all a food and a wearable.

"Primo" means like high quality, so these are just meant to be like fancier blub/slime toys. As the names indicate, they are scented, and they have some snazzier designs with the colors and added accessories compared to like regular blubs I guess.
