I didn't get any message either... and, for the new trivia, you want the original name and not the one they use in the English dub, right?
I'm nearly 100% sure I got the answer correct. Could it have glitched like that as well because I got nothing.
This one glitched badly. Sometimes they don't get counted for the Blue Building; I'm not sure why that is. Just delete any extra prizes and keep any extra sP.
The last one i also got more messages

it takes around a week until you get one (or many) events telling you that you got it right or wrong.
