No it isn't. The person is describing a black balloon from the Lakeside Ballon Hut as being "posh". I repeat, no one ever said that it was an item, you read in something that wasn't there.

It is an item in the description, and it isn't fair because now we have to guess about items that don't even exist.
The last one isn't an item; no one ever said that it was. For this one the key word is "commonly".
