Eh... I was for this revamp, and the art is amazing, but this revamp somehow disappointed me. There were very few complaints about the lineart, but there were still complaints (particularly that the leg should be behind the tail, and the front legs/wrists), and none of them were fixed. I know it had very few complaints, but it's still disheartening that it did have some and it still got released as is straight from the poll without any changes. And the commonpose colors are all lacking in highlight colors, especially Arid, Marsh, and Twilight. I thought this would be some miracle revamp that would come out completely perfect, but I guess I was wrong. Of course, maybe the only reason I'm so disappointed is because I had such high hopes for it... It's still a good revamp, though.

I completely agree with Varicolored. I'd love to see more revamps like this one, where the quality of art is improved yet the 'spunk' and pose of the pet stays the same.

I really like this. THIS is what a revamp is supposed to be - an artistic update, not a complete attitude change.
Oh, sorry for double posting, but I have question: Is dark matter included with this revamp now, or do the artists still have to redo it? Since it has extra details, it wouldn't surprise me if it came out later. I agree with the majority, lovely art, dull color choices. Espcially
with marsh, where's the green accent color? only a few of the colors stand out but the rest just are lacking in my opinion, I'd still want the normal colored one but not so much the rest at the moment, just wanted to see what it would look like with some green on it:

i like the revamps, and the paralix is one that kinda needed one. whomever did the paralix had done a great job! Alina_4126 has never looked better! now to see what the special colors will look like...

Oh my goodness. Now THIS is what a revamp should look like-- the same pet and same charm/personality...but with updated lines and coloring. No added spots, muscle or fat-- just what we had come to love but a little prettied up.
Other artists should take a page from this book for future revamps. or at least skim it XD
The only possible problem I have with it (and it's not really that big) is, like the others have said, the color palette seems a little drab in some cases. But overall, this has got to be easily one of the best revamps I've seen~

One of the only revamps I liked. I hated the Mortiking's revamp, but Paralix' is awesome.
yay! well I got my bloodred Par. Elixir awhile, can't wait for that revamp! Now...who to use it on Daygon or NightHunter...
I really wish all the critiques on the right front leg had been addressed - it still looks stumpy - but gorgeous art otherwise. Kudos for staying mostly true to the pose of the previous version!
I like the revamp design, but I wish the colors had been kept on the Arid. It makes me nervous that the colors will be changed on others, and I don't want my pets' colors changed. <img src="http://images.subeta.net/smilies/6398_emoticon_sad.gif" border="0" />

They look great. Marsh paralax could have had a bit more green, but it looks good this way too.
