According to Arborish's dA, the Graveyard Devonti is based off of the boar-creature thing from Princess Mononoke. So that equals instant win in my book.

I was quite fond of the old one, and this one looks like a mass of dreadlocks to me.
But then again, I wasn't really planning on owning one anyways. -huggles soon to be graveyard terracoon-
The art is wonderful, just not appealing to me personally.
The Ruffie's claws however, don't really seem. . . how to put this? They don't look attached? Like they're glued on.
But I love its wicked grin. >:3

-squeals over the Nightmare Ruffie- It's so frighteningly adorable. I've seen real dogs make faces similar to that. XD The colors are really appealing.<br />The Devonti is a huge improvement - the quilt patches on the old one were always just really strange. The eye is really creepy and I like the drool. XD But more than that... the pet reminds me of the infected beasts from Princess Mononoke. And those things made me want to cry.

Totally AWESOME job!. I love them both, but the Devonti stole my art. I may have to get this pet just for the Princess Mononoke feel even though I was never fond of the species. Love it!
