Nope, it doesn't. Put it on this and have had 14 bites... but it goes towards the MC spending and I've grown fond of it.
Anyone bothered to think that perhaps the reason that you're getting bitten is because people see you wear it and think something along the lines of, "LOL THIS PERSON HAS THIS. I WANNA SEE IF I CAN BITE THEM." = lots of people trying to bite you = you getting bitten?

I was bitten three times today with the necklace on... 3 times in 4 hours. I'd say that doesn't really go to ''almost'' -.-

Seems I can't get infected or bitten. I've survived until now without any sort of infection. Even got the achievement for it. I'm keeping the necklace on, nasty as it looks, though.

The doctor's mask couldn't save us from infection, many who wore it got infected, others without not. Now it's the same with these pendants because it doesn't stop ALL zombies from biting you...I'm loosing trust in items power soon. And my chesthole doesn't make it better.

What about the Doctors Mask? People are being told I have the Pendant on, so cannot bite me. I am not wearing it. I have never even bought/owned it.
And Ki - mine's hidden, you can't even see it. There's no reason to target me for that reason.
