People really need to quit complaining about the colors hurting their eyes since they can disable them through custom CSS. :/ I think it's a fantastic idea for people who want more customization and more colors, including me.

The whole point of changing your SB color is to be noticed by others since your color is different, so an option to only see the default color makes it kind of pointless. XD

A cute idea, but it seems to be causing a lot of problems, and discouraging some Shoutbox use. It hurts peoples eyes, and is quite confusing and hard to read... Perhaps if all the bright, dark, and obnoxious colors were taken away, and replaced with a selection of approved colors, possibly pastels, and other non painful hues. Also... I cant see the U.As! D=

Eh, I like having the Shoutbox open but this item makes it to bright and obnoxious so Im going to take it off my sidebar.
I think if they made the text a color other than black, it'd be easier to read some posts. Like the red with black text is almost impossible to read. : (

Being a big fan of customization I thought this was a great idea when I first read the news post. However genuinely, after a couple of minutes I'm sick of having the SB open at the side like I normally do to browse what's being said while I quest, restock, browse the forums etc on the main part of the page.The colours seem to be clashing horribly with eachother and it's a bit much for my eyes.
Could we have an option to only show the original colours please?

I think more helpful suggestions could have taken the place of this item since not many use the SB, nice art though
