@Griffin and Count, I think the truth of it is that we have to be familiar with the person in order to do a fitting tribute. I mean, The Golden Girls meant a whole lot to me specifically. There's no way I wasn't doing a reference in some way. But(and I don't think this makes me a better person or anything) I've personally never heard of Ronnie James Dio, at least not before he died, and I wouldn't feel I could do justice to his memory to just draw something up for him. I dunno. I'm sorry he doesn't have a reference, but it's not personal against him.
