Seriously, I agree. I'm not really feeling at ease with almost everything being put in the cash shop, now. Not just clothing! New colors and new novelties items, such as the two released today.
Were these spaced over a couple weeks, I wouldn't have noticed, and wouldn't have minded. But now, I don't know.

I LOVE the new items. I've been loving all of the new items that have come out. The only thing I don't like is the Boutique addition. I'd prefer keeping the boutique stuff in Subeau. Just space it out a lot. <img src="http://images.subeta.net/smilies/smiley_sadface.gif" border="0" /> It threw me off when we went from a Boutique outfit to a trunk because the trunk didn't have a backdrop. XD I must say the whole Morphing item thing is awesome too. Like the Horoscope wigs and now these 2 items. @Clio: Get yourself a PayPal account - that's how I purchase my CSC (and everything else non-Euro). It's really easy, PayPal automatically changes the currency to whatever you need when you're paying. You can link it to your bank account to pay directly from there, or "upload" money onto the pp account to use it like a prepay card.

While these items are indeed awesome, I can't help the way they remind me of Gaia's normal routine with items - the whole buy-one-item-and-it-turns-into-many-other-wearables idea, you know?
I realize it's impossible to avoid even accidentally copying other ideas nowadays, but still, this is the first time in awhile that I've noticed anything.

I wish there was a way to buy the ultimate gaming card with euros. I live in europe and my USD fund has dwindled to nothing. Actually if anyone has tips for purchasing CSC with euros, that'd be really helpful for me.

These items I agree, they really are a CS type thing. And at least they're cheaper than the Espergile, I never realized how expensive that thing is/was.
Anyways, what people are complaining about, though, isn't that there are new CS items. New items in any form are cool. What people are noticing, is that there has been a pretty hefty bump in CS stuff lately.
And yes, before anyone jumps on this, we did just have RS war items/prizes, and they were lovely. But flip back to Esther's Shop and the Steamworks trinkets, and they had hugggeee shops too, with no following bump is CS stuff.
The answer/reasoning is: the site needs money badly at the moment. I understand and sympathize with that, as I'm sure others do.
