Devette's favorite season used to be spring until she got sick from all the pollen, got a bad cold and went into hibernation a few months too early, and now only wakes during the winter. All of her favorite flowers she can no longer see or touch, so shes been forever depressed by this. As hard as she tries, she can never get her internal clock to reverse so she may once again enjoy springs blessings and frolic in the fields of springs endless bounty of joy. All of her favorite animals are asleep or snug in their burrows, and all of her favorite trees are now sparkling sickles of ice sprouting up from winters cruel and beautiful scheme of things.

Regardless of this all, she is forever spring-spoiled and grumpy, often wanting to be alone to sulk. The only living being that stays around her grumpiness is Barnaby, her little Tibba. Though, she wonders, if its solely so he can groom her wonderous amounts of fluffy, white fur. Even so, he's the only thing that can make her brow unfurrow--even if just a bit. :heart:
