Dromaea's not quite your normal, civilized Velosotor. She looks and acts like a primal version of her species; she can't talk, she can't read, and she always looks at her siblings like they're food among other things.
This is all because she really is a prehistoric Velosotor.
How Dromaea came to the present was the result of a bad time traveling mishap. It all started when Ratchet built a time machine. For all original intents and purposes, it was so he and Claudius could travel back to prehistoric times to find a real Radador minion to be Claudius's companion. Unfortunately, they ended up having to bring along Harlie and Evil King Stanley.
