Yulie descends from a royal family of Kerubis, but left her wealthy lifestyle behind after her closest companion was executed for stealing from a local blacksmith. I eventually found her and took her in and immediately she took a liking to Keen because of his interest in swords. Despite Keen's reluctance to having someone follow him around, she surprised him by secretly learning sign language so she could communicate and understand him. This earned her a rather rare place in Keen's heart as being the only pet he confides in. What Keen doesn't know is that she fell in love with him the moment she saw his lonely violet eyes. But for now, Yulie is just happy having him as a friend.

Yulie absolutely adores all things winter. She loves the cold weather and thinks that snow is quite possibly the most beautiful wonder nature can produce. Whenever snow is in the forecast, she makes hot chocolate and sets up a chair near a window so she can watch. Keen is often seen accompanying her, chatting silently and contentedly through sign language.
She is almost always seen wearing a hat or a scarf, even if the weather is mild. She is attracted to soft textures and feels safe when she is wrapped in them.
