Incredibly loyal and affectionate to Hoshika, the small winged Minion keeps close to her master. Her power to control the wind is usually restrained to a refreshing breeze, though some say the last bully to shove Hoshika into the mud, got picked up by a tornado...

Hikaru loves flying, and is usually the one to entice her master to spread her own wings and take flight. With Hikaru's power, Hoshika is able to fly without tiring. Riding Hikaru's magical winds, this allows her to travel much farther than she can walk.

Sweet, soft, and fluffy. She looks like striped candy and adores attention. Her absolute favorite places are cuddled in a lap being petted or riding around, draped across shoulders, and wrapped around the neck like a living fur coat. Due to her large size, this would normally be a heavy and difficult job if not for her ability to be almost weightless.
She actually purrs like a cat when happy or content, which is most of the time. The purr itself has a kind of subtle magic; soothing tempers and clearing the mind the way proper meditation does.
Although Hoshika loves seeing new places, especially natural ones, her short legs make long travel very difficult. So in exchange for keeping company and keeping the mind clear and comforted, she will hitch a ride on a back or across shoulders, depending on her traveling companion.
