Ever since his first teddy bear was given to him as a baby, Zander has an obsession that noone is able to cure. He refuses to get rid of even his oldest teddies that are falling apart, constantly buys new ones, takes at least one wherever he goes and refuses to go to bed without at least one of his teddies, he actually has a routine set up so he has a different teddy each night and each time he goes out.
He now has a room full of different teddy bears, all unique, and he knows all of them. He can remember where he got it from, how much it cost if he paid for it, the name he gave it, and its special spot in the room, and it's place in his routine.
His love of teddy bears leads to his love of his Teddy hoodie - It's almost impossible to get him out of it, which can make laundry time a bit of a hassle.
Apart from his teddies, Zander has one special toy, that isn't a teddy, he doesn't take it everywhere, but it has a very special place in his room, and Zander is diligent in making sure nothing happens to it, this toy is Smitz, his pre-loved plushie. It was given to him by a friend when they were both very young, though they have since lost contact, Smitz holds a special place in Zander's heart, and he would rather lose all his teddies and his angel outfit than lose Smitz.
Overall Zander is a sweetheart who loves to help others, despite how mischievous he can look. His teddies are his pride and joy and he like to say that he is the guardian angel of teddy bears.
