Born and raised for majority of his life in Azabu, Japan, Youzen Haoto may not have a chip on his shoulder but he frequently has a fist in someone's throat. Despite having started a career as a prominent young lawyer in Tokyo before relocating to the States, he is known best for his position as second-in-command in a criminal organization referred to as The Gents, where he increased the efficiency of its lucrative drug trade and earned the nickname "Headknocker."

He is currently no longer active in the life, and although he has turned his attention to the technology industry, he remains recognizable in the international underworld as a figure of bad attitude and admirable toughness. As of late he has come into the company of a vampire he has yet to be impressed by, but he loves Rafe no less. Helping him run a supernatural underworld organization should alleviate his boredom.
