Kiane is a zombie. She ended her own life, but was brought back as an experiment from a training sorceress. Thanks to the ineptitude of the apprentice, Kiane ended up accidentally stealing the poor girl's magical abilities. Initially, she whined and complained and wanted to go back to being dead. However, after realizing what a mistake it was to commit suicide, she wants to find a way to become completely alive again. Well, she wants to be alive again and keep her awesome abilities, of course. Despite her desire to rejoin the living, though, she still has a very negative personality and can be seen as a constant downer. She theorizes that it's because of the method in which she died, causing her to feel constant pain and sorrow. There are times where she feels hopeless and complains about it, which gets under the skin of those who know her.
