TilcaraFelicie's family has been involved in the worst atrocities committed in her country in the name of war. She was in Junior High when a journalist brought in the open her father's collaboration to a South American dictatorship. That he had made teens of her age orphan on a daily basis. That his hands that were so gentle with her were covered in blood. Feeling the weight of that past, she decided to become a searcher to help people. She is currently working on a study about neuronal regeneration. She hopes to find applications to cure neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer disease.
As she has difficulties interacting with others, she developed a form of "social mimicry" she is slowly losing control of. She doesn't know who she really is anymore. Her studies are all the more ironic that she works on cuttlefishes which are "the sea chameleons". Felicie is torn as she wonders if her research involving animals is a form of torture in spite of the consensus of invertebrates not feeling pain, and if that makes her "the bad guy". She sometimes wonders if her family is cursed and if she is doomed to become a monster.
