It's December 15, 2009. Names and accounts have been cleared and I can at last dedicate this pet to my beloved Taiku, who lost his life on October 27, 2009 after fighting a long week with internal disfunction and having survived GDV in the spring of this year. For a 12 year old dog, that was quite an achievement.
Until he was dying and then gone, I had no idea how much he was MY dog. It is sad when we don't realize the love that is right in front of us...until it is suddenly not there anymore.

Sleep in peace, my dear friend. I will never forget you.
