STORY DRAFT AND PROFILE IS CURRENTLY WORK IN PROGRESS
In a realm beyond the clouds, where time flowed differently and colors were more vibrant than any human eye could perceive, there lived an angel named Entreaty. Unlike other angels who had grand wings and radiant halos, Entreaty had delicate, translucent wings and a soft, dimly lit halo. This was because Entreaty was an angel of silent prayers, the whispered wishes of the heart, and the unspoken desires of the soul.
Entreaty had a special gift. She could hear the silent prayers that others couldn't. Entreaty's duty was to listen to the quietest of prayers, the ones that people often kept hidden deep within, too afraid or too humble to voice them out loud. These were the prayers of mothers hoping for the safety of their children, of lovers yearning for a second chance, or of the lonely seeking a friend.
One day, as Entreaty was drifting through the ethereal skies, a soft murmur reached her ears. It was a prayer so faint that it was almost lost amidst the cacophony of louder wishes. Curious, Entreaty followed the sound, descending through layers of clouds until she reached the world of mortals.
She found herself in a small, dimly lit room where an elderly woman sat alone, her hands clasped together and tears streaming down her face. The woman's prayer was simple: she wished for a sign, any sign, to know that her late husband was at peace.
Moved by the woman's genuine plea, Entreaty decided to intervene directly. She gently touched the woman's shoulder, and in that moment, a warm breeze blew through the room, carrying with it the faint scent of roses – the favorite flower of the woman's late husband.
The woman looked up, her eyes widening in surprise. She felt an overwhelming sense of peace and knew, deep in her heart, that her husband was indeed at peace. A smile formed on her lips as she whispered a silent "thank you."
Entreaty, having fulfilled her mission, ascended back to her realm, her heart full of gratitude. She realized that sometimes, the most profound prayers were the ones spoken in silence, and she was honored to be their guardian.
From that day on, whenever someone whispered a silent prayer, they would often feel a gentle touch or a soft breeze, a sign from Entreaty that their prayer had been heard. And in those moments, the world felt a little less lonely, and hope shone a little brighter.
