When she was diagnosed with an aggressive form of liver cancer at the age of ten, Henrietta was left very weak from numerous trials that were employed in attempt to cure her. As a last and desperate attempt, her father, biologist Marcus Gibson, suggested drinking herbal tea he created from meadow flowers and a few other special ingredients. The tea was the latest and yet untested developmet for his epmployer, Blooming Inc, to combat alcohol damage to the livers of heavy alcohlics. The Green Shield Beatles group, who confclicted with Blooming Inc for the last five years, sabotaged the labs where Henrietta was plugged in to numerous machines that kept her alive. The electric surge that took out the power from the building caused a mutation in Henrietta's DNA, giving her the power to call up flowers, bugs and animals usually found living in meadows. She now uses her power to fight Green Shield Beatles, who have caused collapse of Blooming Inc, which resulted in loss of decades' worth of reseach against numerous illnesses plaguing people.
