As the storm raged outside, Cloudjumper sighed and glanced out the window. "Can you believe this weather? I was so looking forward to our game outside, but now I guess I'll just have to settle for playing online."

His friends, Outerstar and Stormsong, chimed in over the headset. "Yeah, this storm is a real bummer."

"I know, right?" Cloudjumper replied as he settled into his gaming chair. "But hey, at least we can still wreck some virtual enemies together."

Outerstar laughed. "True that. Let's show them who's boss."

The sound of rapid clicking and button mashing filled the room as they dove into their game. As the virtual battle raged on, the storm outside seemed to fade into the background.

Suddenly, a loud crack of thunder shook the room, causing Cloudjumper to jump in his chair.

"What was that?" Stormsong asked.

"Just thunder," Cloudjumper replied, letting out a nervous laugh. "Nothing to worry about."

The three friends continued playing, their laughter and cheers mixing with the rumble of the storm outside, finding joy in the midst of the chaos.
