Almost entirely separated from the other hellions. Older than even the king/Mutter. Has lost all awareness of his topside status.
Sits on a throne that isn't a throne. Not sure... I know I want him solidified to a spot, but I don't know how.
Is genuinely surrounded by mushrooms; think of the pirates on Davy Jone's ship in Pirates of the Carribean.
Is blind. Generally any disabilities are "corrected" once you've gone to hell. It means you're more fit to "serve." It's unknown if his wasn't corrected or if it's something more supernatural.
Judges cases that come to him. Cases are brought to him after the king attempts to rectify the situation.
Unsure how this hierarchy came to be... not sure if it's just me thats unsure or if it's everyone that's unsure... unsure. lmao.
