The Angel Devil is the devil that represents humanity's fear of angels. He comes off as lazy and apathetic, stating at one point he'd rather die than work. They can be persuaded with ice cream, however. Angel was detained and remains as a weapon of Tokyo's Public Safety Division where he is Partnered with Aki Hayakawa. Although at first the who did not get along, it wasn't much time before the two would swear to give their lives for one another.

Angel is another victim of Makima's mind control. She's the cause for his previous home village being slaughtered. Their abilities are strong, but they often choose to be lazy. Since he isn't hostile to humans, he is kept as a weapon as he is one of the strongest devils Public Safety knows of.
