Lady is a special pet.


She's a tribute to an old dog that my daughter, Mandy, and I used to own.


She was a special dog, a rescued stray. She grew to be happy and healthy with us, but that time had to end.


When sickness hit the family, we could no longer keep her. We tried though.


Looking for a new home for her was hard. People responded to the ads, said they will consider adopting her, and never came back. Eventually I had to do the hardest thing I've ever done, and drop her off at the shelter.


She was a wonderful dog, and I'm sure she got a wonderful home. She was always happy, friendly and gentle. It was still hard though


It has being over 6 years now, and if she's still alive she will be quite old. I don't know where she is, or who she is with. But I hope she is happy.


We all miss her greatly, and this is our tribute to her. I hope she knew that the last thing we wanted to do was take her to the shelter, and that we loved her, and still do.
