Story a wip

taurus- witch- has many cats

It was almost midnight, dark with no moonlight that her eyes could find. She could hear the wind pick up outside. what did it say, she wondered. It called to her. She followed it to the open window and breathed in through the cold screen. The cool air filled her lungs, it smelled like rain, and she thought she could hear the creek in the distance.
She just wanted to be out in the trees.
They called to her.
She would have gone if not for the bugs that were sure to be in high numbers since it had rained so much lately. When she was younger she would have gone anyways. Or could have. Now she thought twice before doing things on a lark, anxiety was a bitch. She'd had to train herself to be silent, and strong, when she'd been held prisoner of the federation. But the force was always there, waiting, and pure. She wasn't a prisoner anymore though.
She was here now, she was safe, she could let herself feel the force and let it take her heart. It was okay. She'd finally made it to the forests of Endor; she'd made it home.
