Personality

Preston is an extremely open and flirtatious person. He can be loud, likes to have a good time, and definitely likes being the center of attention. He likes to meet new people and will try anything once. Preston does have the tendency to be a bit full of himself, but heâ€™s not completely egotistical. As most of his friends will say, heâ€™d do anything for them. Whether itâ€™d be giving them a ride home at three in the morning or being a shoulder to cry on.

While he may come off as a showy kid, Prestonâ€™s actually very well off, and has a good head on his shoulders. He enjoys spoiling the people close to him every now and again, and has never said no to someone needing a few extra bucks. He likes company, and hates being alone. However, heâ€™s not been known to toss around himself, even though he does talk like he has. Preston saves himself for only those he really cares about, and hopefully one of them will be the one.

Preston, at heart, is a gentleman. He still believes in opening the car door on dates, and walking the other to their homes. Heâ€™s the type to offer his jacket if someone he is with is cold or run out and grab them something special to eat if theyâ€™re feeling down, no matter the time of day.

History

Preston grew up in a big city, his father and mother both being well-known lawyers. He was the youngest of two children, his older sister being ten when he was born. He wasnâ€™t spoiled though, had to earn what he got and was paid a monthly allowance just like the rest of the kids his age. He wasnâ€™t sent to private school, but was usually the top in his class throughout his years in middle and high school. He played on the football team, and worked on the yearbook committee. He was the type of guy all the girls wanted, if he had wanted them back.

Preston figured out he was gay once he entered high school, but he kept it to himself, or at least from his parents until he was eighteen. By then, he had found a cheap apartment that he wanted to move to just in case. His parents took it better than he thought, but he still opted to move out and be on his own. He went to college, via scholarships and loans, and majored in accounting. Shortly after he got a job at the company he still works for now. It was a few months after his 21st birthday that Preston started to dream of getting a bartending license as well. It was only fairly recently that he actually did.

Heâ€™s become quite popular at the club he works for, as heâ€™s extremely fun to be around and is quite entertaining to watch. It was at this bar he first met Devlin, someone who would later become a boyfriend for a short time, but now is his closest friend. The two still go out shopping together, or make lunch dates, despite the fact that Devlin's new boyfriend hates Preston.

Because heâ€™s very open, and willing to please, Preston hopes that meeting someone nice and who truly likes to be around him will come easy. But most of the time he just meets people at the bar looking for a quick fling. And so Preston usually goes home alone to his troublesome cat.

Devlin, however, being the friend that he is, recently set up Preston with a blind date. This is how Preston met Casimiro, and the two instantly hit it off. While heâ€™s not sure how Caismiro felt, Preston himself is pretty sure heâ€™s fallen for him already, and hopes there will be more dates to come.
