A deposed lord on the side of Light, Lord Sithus is "guilty" of many things. He made his home and lands part of an underground railroad that helped Dark (and other) refugees arrive safely in Sanctuary. He spoke "treasonous" words by quietly pointing out that the Dark had not been the enemy until the Inquisitor had turned on them. And, when he was ordered deposed, he summoned Anira to get to safety.

Lord Sithus has fled to Sanctuary, bringing with him the knowledge of several members of the underground railroad, which can be used to smuggle weapons and members of the Resistance back into the Light dominated lands, or to rescue refugees and prisoners and bring them to Sanctuary.
